1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hours AI ("the Service"), operated by BitBlur LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Hours AI is billed on a per-active-employee, per-month basis at the rate displayed during sign-up (currently $2.75/employee/month). Billing occurs monthly. An "active employee" is any employee with active status in your location during the billing period. Deactivated employees are not counted toward billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 2 month (60-day) free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must add a payment method to continue using the Service. If no payment method is added, your account will remain active in a read-only state. You may add a payment method at any time to restore full access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BitBlur LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BitBlur LLC. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. BitBlur LLC does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BitBlur LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction of BitBlur LLC's principal place of business.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
